Can I choose specific brands, categories or grades?

Yes. You can request preferred brands, product categories, grades and quantities. Our team will verify availability and confirm what can be supplied. Specific brands or product mixes are guaranteed only when included in your accepted quotation.

Will I receive the exact products shown in the pictures?

Some images show actual stock, while others are representative of the product category or grade. Product listings will indicate the image type. Exact items, styles or brands are guaranteed only when expressly confirmed.

How do I place a wholesale order?

Browse our product categories and submit an enquiry or request a quotation. We verify availability, grade, quantity, pricing and shipping details before confirming your order.

How are prices and shipping costs calculated?

Wholesale prices depend on the product category, grade, quantity and sourcing availability. Shipping costs depend on the destination, shipment size and delivery method. Your quotation will confirm pricing, freight arrangements and applicable import responsibilities.

Do you ship internationally, and how long does delivery take?

Yes. We ship internationally, including to the UK, USA and Europe. Delivery times depend on stock availability, processing, destination and shipping method. Estimated timelines are confirmed during the quotation process.

What payment methods are accepted?

Available payment methods and currencies are confirmed during checkout or in your quotation. Orders are processed according to the agreed payment terms, and payment must be verified before fulfilment where required.

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or below the agreed grade?

You must report any quality, grading, shortage or shipping-damage issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, with supporting photographs or videos. Verified claims may qualify for replacement, a partial refund or another appropriate resolution under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, subject to applicable law.
