International Shipping

Stack'd sources and supplies preloved apparel to international commercial buyers, including customers in the United Kingdom, United States and Europe.

Merchandise is generally sourced, prepared and dispatched from Pakistan unless otherwise stated in the accepted quotation.

Order Confirmation and Processing

Products displayed on the website are subject to stock availability, quality verification and final commercial confirmation.

A quotation request, website enquiry or product listing does not guarantee immediate availability.

Stack'd will confirm the applicable products, quantity, grade, price, estimated processing time and shipment arrangements before accepting a binding order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the following factors:

  • Destination country and delivery address.
  • Shipment weight and volume.
  • Quantity of cartons or bales.
  • Carrier and transportation method.
  • Packaging requirements.
  • Applicable Incoterm.
  • Any additional agreed logistics services.

Shipping costs may be included in the product quotation or charged separately.

Incoterms and Freight Responsibility

Every international quotation shall specify the agreed Incoterm, applicable version and named destination or delivery point.

Incoterms® 2026 may be used where expressly stated.

The applicable shipping term will determine the allocation of freight, insurance obligations where relevant, customs formalities and transfer of shipment risk.

The accepted quotation shall take precedence over general website delivery information.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Clearance

Unless otherwise expressly agreed:

  • Buyers are responsible for destination-country customs duties.
  • Buyers are responsible for applicable import VAT, GST or similar taxes.
  • Buyers must arrange import clearance where required under the agreed Incoterm.
  • Buyers must supply accurate import and customs documentation.
  • Destination-country brokerage and regulatory expenses are borne by the party responsible under the accepted shipping terms.

Stack'd remains responsible for any export, documentation or delivery obligations expressly assigned to it by the contract or applicable law.

Dispatch and Tracking

Where available, tracking numbers and relevant carrier information will be provided following dispatch.

A website or order-management status showing an order as shipped or fulfilled does not necessarily establish that the goods have been delivered.

Carrier records or another agreed proof-of-delivery method may be used to establish confirmed delivery.

Delivery Estimates

All dispatch and delivery estimates are approximate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Actual delivery times may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections.
  • Port congestion.
  • Transportation disruption.
  • Carrier delays.
  • Weather.
  • Strikes or government restrictions.
  • Other circumstances beyond Stack'd's reasonable control.

Stack'd will take reasonable steps to communicate known material shipment changes.

Risk of Loss or Damage

Risk of loss or damage shall transfer according to the agreed Incoterm and its named delivery point.

The transfer of shipping risk is separate from the legal transfer of ownership.

The parties' respective obligations concerning transportation losses will be determined by the accepted quotation and applicable law.

Partial or Split Shipments

Where all requested merchandise cannot be supplied together, Stack'd may propose:

  • Partial delivery.
  • Revised quantities.
  • Alternative merchandise.
  • Separate shipment dates.

Any material change to the accepted order requires the buyer's agreement.

Additional freight costs, where applicable, must be disclosed and agreed.

Shipping Address and Buyer Information

Buyers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Additional costs arising from incorrect addresses, missing documents or changes requested after freight booking may be charged to the buyer where permitted.

Inspection and Claims

Buyers must inspect deliveries immediately.

Any claim involving:

  • Missing cartons.
  • Visible transportation damage.
  • Incorrect quantity.
  • Incorrect merchandise.
  • Product-quality defects.
  • Grading discrepancies.

Must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims must include relevant supporting information and will be handled according to the Stack'd Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Refused and Unclaimed Shipments

Where a buyer refuses or fails to collect or clear a shipment for reasons attributable to that buyer, reasonable additional freight, storage, customs or return costs may be recoverable by Stack'd.

Such recovery remains subject to the agreed commercial terms and applicable law.

Shipping Documentation

Depending on the shipment, documentation may include:

  • Commercial invoice.
  • Packing list.
  • Transport or tracking records.
  • Relevant export documents.
  • Available grade or inspection documentation.
  • Other required shipping records.
