B2B Terms & Conditions

Stack'd wholesale · for business buyers

STACK'D is a B2B sourcing and wholesale business supplying preloved apparel to international commercial buyers. All products, images, and descriptions displayed on this website are provided for illustrative and reference purposes only. As a thrift store, our merchandise is pre-owned or otherwise unique, and inventory changes frequently. Accordingly, we do not guarantee that any item displayed will be available at the time of your visit or order, or that the item you receive will be identical to the one shown. Colors, sizing, condition, and other characteristics may vary. By using this website and placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

B2B Sales Only

The website and commercial terms are intended primarily for retailers, wholesalers, thrift stores, ecommerce sellers and other commercial buyers.

Virtual Catalogue & Availability

A listing does not necessarily represent physically reserved stock.

Availability and grade may require verification before STACK'D accepts the order. This matches STACK'D's documented virtual-catalogue model.

Product Condition & Grading

Pre-owned products are sold according to the STACK'D Grading Guide. Normal characteristics consistent with the stated grade are not automatically defects.

Requests for Quotation

Submitting an RFQ or enquiry does not itself create a binding order.

STACK'D may first verify:

  • Availability
  • Grade
  • Quantity
  • Cost
  • Freight
  • Lead time

Quotations

Quotations should identify:

  • Products
  • Quantity
  • Grade
  • Price
  • Destination
  • Payment terms
  • Freight basis
  • Validity period

Order Formation

An order generally becomes binding after STACK'D confirms availability, the buyer accepts the final commercial terms and required payment/credit conditions are satisfied.

Order Changes

Changes to product, grade, quantity or delivery terms may require a revised quotation and renewed availability check.

Prices

Prices may be quoted in USD, GBP & EUR.

The currency stated on the accepted quotation/order controls the transaction.

Payment

STACK'D may require:

  • Full advance payment
  • Remaining balance before dispatch
  • Specifically approved credit terms

Payment Confirmation

Payment is only treated as received after verification through the applicable payment/financial system.

A screenshot or payment-link success page alone is not sufficient evidence. STACK'D's workflow expressly separates a payment request from a verified accounting payment.

Failed / Pending Payments

Orders may remain on hold while payment is pending, failed, reversed or incomplete.

Taxes, Duties & Import Costs

Unless agreed otherwise, buyers are responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage and customs clearance.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by the accepted quotation and STACK'D Shipping Policy.

Incoterms & Delivery Terms

If an Incoterm is used, the quotation should identify the agreed term and named destination/port.

Delivery Times

Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Partial Shipments

Partial or split shipment arrangements should be approved by the buyer where they materially change the accepted order.

Risk of Loss

Risk transfers according to the specific shipping term/Incoterm agreed for the order.

Title to Goods

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership should generally remain with STACK'D until payment obligations for the applicable goods have been satisfied.

Inspection on Delivery

Buyers should inspect goods promptly and report discrepancies within the stated claim period.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

Cancellation

Orders may become non-cancellable after sourcing, reservation, packing or fulfillment begins.

Special / Sourced-to-Order Stock

Stock acquired specifically for a buyer may have stricter cancellation conditions.

Product Photography

Product photographs may show exact stock or representative stock where clearly disclosed.

Brands & Trademarks

Third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners. STACK'D is not automatically affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for accurate order information, destination-country compliance, import obligations and determining whether products are suitable for their resale business.

Reselling Goods

STACK'D does not guarantee resale price, margins, demand or sell-through performance.

Website Errors

Obvious pricing, description or technical errors may be corrected before a binding order is formed.

Intellectual Property

STACK'D branding, website content, original graphics and other owned materials may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

Privacy

Customer and buyer information is handled according to the STACK'D Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

STACK'D will not be responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, such as major carrier disruptions, strikes, wars, government restrictions, natural disasters or port closures.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent legally permitted, STACK'D should not be liable for indirect commercial losses such as anticipated resale profit, lost business opportunities or loss of goodwill.

Indemnity

Business buyers should remain responsible for claims resulting from their own unlawful resale, misleading relabelling, import violations or material breaches of the Terms.
